Pick bin, simple trays for a pole display.Pick Bins

These pick bins are simple trays designed to fit onto a pole tower display.  Each bin was held in place with a collar with a set screw.  Made with off the shelf white HIPS the quantity did not allow for a custom material run.

Polyethylene Carrying CasePolyethylene Carrying Case

ABS is usually the choice for carrying cases, but in this case a forming grade of PE was chosen because of the type of materials carried in the case which could have damaged to other materials.  This case was designed with a very low budget, so the straps became dual function by placing rivets on the back side to create a hinge.  Velcro strips were attached to the handles in lieu of using the more typical metal latches.  The logo was integrated into the mold so that each lid had the logo formed into the material. You can see the mold here and the item the case holds here.

These POP displays are all made of HIPS. The yellow display is a custom PMS color matched HIPS, formed flat with the handle indentation, then routed and bent into the easel format.  Side pieces were assembled onto the sides because of weight considerations.  The Item on the  right is a gravity feed display, which held small bottles of auto fragrance and made with off the shelf white HIPS because of low quantity requirements and good sheet yield.  The stand in the middle held about 30 small boxed items in a vertical position, also made with a custom PMS color matched HIPS.
