First and foremost, Plastic Plus's expertise is in fabrication and manufacturing of products primarily made with plastics.  From very simple literature displays to extremely complex custom made items, we pride ourselves on tackling thousands of different products... we don't get stumped very often.  But we also work with metal and wood as exemplified in the trophy case to the left.  We have found that knowing and keeping these other disciplines in house improves quality and turn-around time.

We manufacture point of purchase displays, literature displays, award displays, or virtually anything you want to display in the home, or your business.  We fabricate to print, meaning that if it can be drawn and can be made through traditional fabrication techniques, we can most likely help you with your project.

We build products for industry including: machine guards, cabinetry, assembly fixtures, testing devices and machine components.  Again, if it is made primarily with plastic, we can make it.

We are equipped for thermoforming plastics.  We complete the entire process in-house from CAD drawings to finished parts. Our vacuum former can handle blanks up to 3/16" thick, 48" x 96" and draws to 18".  We also do large radius bending, production small radius bending, pressure forming and freehand forming.

We can incorporate graphics into any project from artwork creation to finished products.  Whether you need screen printing or vinyl graphics as part of your product, we do everything in house.  Keeping the graphics aspects in house gives you total control of look and feel of your product design.

We stock many thermoplastics for resale including clear acrylic from 1/16" thick to 2" thick.  We stock colored acrylic in primary and secondary colors, translucent and opaque white and black. We also stock DP32 (an outdoor table top material) and non-glare for framing applications.  We also stock high impact polystyrene, ABS, PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PP and many more.
