Preprinted Vacuum Formed Products

This little gem is a first article prototype for a dice game box / carrying case. This customer had already obtained a patent for her game and needed a working sample to pursue the marketing side of her endeavor.  As is often the case with this type of project, a working working prototype is as far as we will go with the manufacturing.  Once a marketing route is secured the manufacturing will go straight to injection molding and follow the trend to China.




Screamer Holders

Screamer card holders are designed to hold changeable advertising cards usually large headline type copy, 3 to 5 lines in length.  In this case the screamer was on top of a newspaper vending cabinet.  Access is from the side allows for easy card changing.






Preprinted Vacuum Formed Products

This topographical map was a teaching device to demonstrate pollution and run-off problems associated with pollution.  This map was printed prior to vacuum forming.  This is a tricky matter as the images must line up to topographical features after being stretched by the forming process.  The images must be distorted prior to printing in order to accomplish the desired result.
 

Vinyl Skinning

Vinyl wrapping or skinning is a method of decoration where the whole machine, or car or whatever one may want to advertise on is wrapped with graphics which are usually printed on vinyl.  This type of graphics application is getting more and more popular where you may see a whole tractor trailers wrapped with advertising.





Vending Machine Signage

Most of the screen printing we do is in reverse on the back side of clear materials.  By printing on the back side the inks are protected from scratching and undue weathering.  This sign is printed with blue and black, then the whole sign is back coated with a translucent white.  The vending machine has light fixtures behind the sign for night lighting.
