This display is made entirely if co-extruded HIPS.  This material has a clear glossy finish on one side and a mat colored finish on the other.  The materials are extruded and layered to create a single sheet during the manufacturing process.  A simple routed, bent and assembled design keeps tooling to a minimum for short runs in the hundreds.





Isle endcap POP display.End Caps

This free standing end cap display is meant to used at the end of an isle to cover the ends of shelving fixtures.  This display constructed with co-extruded HIPS, with chrome molding, metal hooks and carpeted base.  This study design will easily hold in excess of 100 pounds of product.





Multi-pocket eyeglass display.End Caps

This end cap display is for reading glasses.  It is made entirely of HIPS.  The body section is made from vacuum formed panels that are bent after forming and assembled together to create the pockets that glasses slide into from the  front.  This unit also has a carpeted base with a locking door on the back and was used for product storage.  All of the graphics were offset printed on card stock and added post fabrication.




Counter top eyeglass rotary displays.Rotational Displays

These units are also reading glasses displays.  Each is made with HIPS, vacuum formed to create pockets and shelves to hold folded glasses. The unit on the right has a wire structure added with an offset printed card header and acrylic pockets for pamphlets.






Mini framed art displays.Rotational Displays

This rotary display holds miniature paintings that were sold at interstate based gift shops.  It is constructed with red acrylic for the body, clear acrylic for the shelves and a clear styrene turn table covered with another piece of red acrylic.






Three pocket pick bins.Pick bins

These pick bins are made entirely of clear acrylic.  These bins hold nick- knacks and small inexpensive prizes in an arcade environment.






Wall mounted gravity fed clarinet and sax reed display.Gravity Feed

 Each section of the display holds clarinet and saxophone reeds of different sizes.  It is a gravity feed design where pulling out the bottom most reed drops the stack down.  The graphics are all screen printed with black and gold ink.  the clear pieces on top are z-bar pieces that are used to hang the display on t-slot board behind the cashiers counter at music stores.
